Section 33. OPERATIONS IN NATIONAL AND FOREIGN CURRENCIES
33.1.  Opening, managing and closing a bank account in national and foreign currencies
33.1.1. Opening, re-registration and closing of savings and current accounts in tenge and foreign currency No fee  
33.1.2. Crediting funds to current and savings accounts (deposits) No fee  
33.1.3. Opening of a temporary savings account in national and foreign currencies 3,000 tenge

33.2. CASH SERVICES 
33.2.1. Changing money 1.2% of an amount  
33.2.2. Checking banknotes' authenticity and recounting cash when money is not transferred to a bank account

33.2.3. Cash advance from a current account

 - when a deposit amount is refunded after being used earlier for collateral for a loan No fee  
33.2.4.3. Cash advance from current and savings accounts when deposits are converted but the customer requests cash:
 - if the funds have been in the bank more than 30 days, regardless of currency No fee

 - in a foreign currency, if the funds have been in the bank fewer than 30 days 1.2% of an amount 
33.2.5. A pension contributions payment because a depositor is leaving Kazakhstan  0.3 % of an amount

33.3. CONVERSION TRANSACTIONS

33.4. MONEY TRANSFERS  
33.4.1. Intrabank transfers between a customer’s accounts **** No fee    
33.4.2. Intrabank transfer to another Eurasian Bank individual customer’s account
33.4.2.1. to another Eurasian Bank individual account in tenge  400 tenge
33.4.2.2. to a Eurasian Bank corporate account in tenge 0.25% of the amount, with a minimum of 500 tenge and a maximum of 5,000
33.4.2.3. - to another Eurasian Bank individual account or corporate account in a foreign currency***** 0.25% of the amount, with a minimum of $5 and a maximum of $50
33.4.3. Transfers in tenge to other banks. 0.25 % of an amount, with a minimum of 1,000 tenge and a maximum of 35,000 tenge
33.4.4. Transfers in foreign currency to another bank’s customer:
The amount of the transfer fee will depend on when the request is made:
 If a customer application is submitted before 4 p.m. 0.25% of an amount, with a minimum of 3,900 tenge and a maximum of 100,000
 If a customer application is submitted between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. for  a payment due the following day 0.2% of an amount, with a minimum of 3,900 tenge and a maximum of 100,000 
Conditions under which the beneficiary of a transfer is required to pay a fee to  Eurasian Bank and cover correspondent banks' fees on the transfer (unless the transfer is in rubles):
  If a customer application is submitted before 4 p.m. 0.15% of an amount, with a minimum of 2,400 tenge and a maximum of 100,000
 If a customer application is submitted between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. 0.3% of an amount, with a minimum of 4,600 tenge and a maximum of 100,000
If a customer application is submitted between 5 p.m. and  6 p.m. for a payment the following day 0.15% of an amount, with a minimum of 2,400 tenge and a maximum of 100,000
When a person is making a guaranteed payment at the beneficiary’s expense, that person must cover Eurasian Bank's transfer fees while the beneficiary must cover correspondent bank expenses (except for transfers in rubles): 
 If a customer application is submitted before 4 p.m. 0.2% of an amount, with a minimum of 3,200 tenge and a maximum of 100,000
If a customer application is submitted between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. 0.4% of an amount, with a minimum of 6,400 tenge and a maximum of 100,000
 If a customer application is submitted between 5 p.m. and  6 p.m. for a payment the following day Fee (tenge)
When a person making a guaranteed payment is required to pay a transfer fee (except for transfers in rubles): 100, 000 tenge
33.4.5. Changing or amending a money transfer in a foreign currency at a customer’s request  15,000 tenge
33.4.5.1. Requesting a payment cancellation 10,000 tenge

33.5. OTHER SERVICES 
33.5.1.  Replacing a lost savings book 550 tenge

33.5.3. Taking care of customers' cash and other valuables   0.025% of an amount, with a minimum of 30,000 tenge and a maximum of 120,000
33.5.4. Handling a request for collecting a payment in foreign currency that a customer has failed to make 10% of an amount
33.5.5. Consulting services:
33.5.5.1.Consulting on opening accounts at partner banks outside Kazakhstan, depending on the time spent in consulting 500,000 tenge for up to three months, 750,000 tenge for more than three months
33.5.5.2. Consulting on an individual investment strategy, depending on the time spent in consulting 1 minute - 500 tenge, 1 hour – 20,000 tenge 
33.6. OFFICIAL PAYMENTS
33.6.1. Transferring money for tax and other government payments 
33.6.1.1. Tax payments transfer:
from 1 to 500 tenge 200 tenge
from 501 to 1,000 tenge 300 tenge
from 1,001 to 5,000 tenge 450  tenge

33.6.1.2 Transfer of utility payments
The amount of the transfer fee will depend on when the request is made minimum of 300 tenge
33.7. SAFETY DEPOSIT TRANSACTIONS 
33.7.1. Rent of a safety deposit box at an Entrepreneurial and Private Banking Specialized Center. The rental period can be days, weeks or months. An incomplete week is equal to a full week. An incomplete month is equal to a full month.

33.7.2. Fee for special access to a safety deposit box when conducting purchase-and-sale transactions. (This is in addition to regular safety deposit box rental rates.) 12,000

33.7.4. Fee for loss or damage to property that Eurasian Bank provides a box holder (key, cassette, lock, magnetic card).  according to the invoic, issued by the company servicing individual bank safety deposit boxes
33.7.5. A guarantee deposit for use of a box   60,000 tenge
Penalty for late vacating of a safety deposit box, based on each day of delay. The penalty is applied before transferring the customer’s property to Eurasian Bank’s strong room. according to safety deposit box rental fee schedule per day, depending on safety deposit box size
33.7.7. Fee for storing property in the strong room after it is removed from a safety deposit box 490 tenge per day
33.7.9. Rent of a safety deposit box at an Entrepreneurial and Private Banking Specialized Center under the Diamond 2 deposit program, depending on availability of vacant safety deposit boxes or at the depositor's option. The rental period can be days, weeks or months. An incomplete week is equal to a full week. An incomplete month is equal to a full month.
if the initial deposit is between 18,500,000 and 30,000,000 tenge, or its equivalent in foreign currency at the bank's exchange rate on the transaction date 70% less than the fee for renting a safety deposit boxes,  depending on size of safety deposit box and rental period
if the initial deposit is between 30,000,000 and 91,500,000 tenge, or its equivalent in foreign currency at the bank's exchange rate on the transaction date no fee for three months, regardless of a safety deposit box size

Eurasian Bank informs that from 17 September 2018, the fee for cash recounting will change when a loan is repaid at a Bank cash desk by products issued in the CrediLogic ABIS.
The new fee is 350 tenge.
